Lil Pump - Gucci Gang (headstone Edition)

Australian club and trap producer headstone has been making waves for a while now with releases on Jadū Dala, Shifty Rhythms and SIDECHAINS, which also warranted a NEST HQ premiere. This week he dropped a banging bootleg mix of Lil Pump's "Gucci Gang." While it has the same atmosphere as original to start, it's clear this version has way more oomph and club considerations than the aforementioned original. Not only has he made it more bad-ass through additional bass, breaks and effects, he's even made it bigger, upping the overall run-time by nearly 50%, and who wouldn't want to get wild to this killer club weapon. It absolutely slaps, while still satisfying those that have to sing along. While I'm here for the raucous rework (hadn't heard the original until today), I'm sure most of the clicks will be generated by Lil Pump fans. Bump In The Hump Sneak Peek: WHIPPED CREAM - Persistence

WHIPPED CREAM has become a mainstay on Bump In The Hump, going back more than two years through her extensive library of brain battering bass tracks. Her drive, passion, intensity and integrity are treat in an age where cookie cutter tracks, DJ posturing and ghost producing are more prevalent than ever. She truly is a breath of fresh air even though her tracks are often, and quite literally, suffocating. And while I hate to even address it as an issue, she's done all this while fighting sexist and downright stupid attacks on her abilities. With that being said, her latest release, an EP on NEST HQ, tackles that very subject through her Persistence. Tonight I'll be bringing you the lead and title track, which you can find for free via ToneDen here, along with the other two tracks "Ignorant" and "Selfish."As you may have seen, tonight's episode of Bump In The Hump will be the last of its kind. What that means exactly has yet to be determined, but changes are coming to at least one of the 5 Ws. Regardless, tonight's episode will continue as planned, I'll be bringing you the best new Canadian electronic music, whether its old or new disco, deep house, and all kind of bass, future or otherwise. Torro Torro x Smalltown DJs - House Shake

Eight months ago with the release of their Aylen collab "Designed 4 U" (as covered here), Torro Torro spoke with NEST HQ (here), hinting about more upcoming collaborations. Of course the promise of Torro Torro and Grandtheft/Autoerotique was a wicked one, but I was particularly interested in how they might work with Smalltown DJs, who are almost exclusively known for their house beats. The time has finally come for us to get a glimpse of that killer collab.

"House Shake" is set to be released on Brillz's Twonk imprint June 9th, along with remixes from JVST SAY YES, Lil Texas and the bossman himself. Fan Fiction - NEST HQ Resident Mix 004

NEST HQ co-founder Fan Fiction just dropped the fourth edition of the monthly resident mix series. 

It basically runs the gambit in genres ranging from trance to dubstep to nightcore and everything in between. Lots of the tracks can be picked up for free download including Mat Zo's latest "Don't Say The T Word," Henrik The Artist's flip of Diplo & Liz "Set Me Free," and Tennyson's "Like What?" Stay tuned to Fan Fiction as he's got his finger firmly on the pulse of the industry, with what I believe to be good predictions on what 2016 will sound like: "this year will be a big one for trance, n moombah, n dubstep."
