DirtyFun - Pretty Boi
If his Soundcloud is any indication, Las Vegas based DirtyFun has had one hell of a year with his earliest release, a remix of Malaa's "Cash Money," dropping October 8th 2018. In the 13+ months since, he's released tracks on noir sur blanc, Do Not Duplicate, IN / ROTATION and has found a home on Botnek's World Famous Headquarters. Recently trending towards tech house, DirtyFun has combined the raucous punch of a prominent bass drop with continuous club churning grooves. Yesterday he demonstrated that brilliantly banging blend in self-released single "Pretty Boi." Playing around a vocal sample, the five and a half minute arc shows incredible narrative movement primarily through the pneumatic power of the warped and ratcheted bass delivery. If the dance-floor were a pool, "Pretty Boi" would be a wave-machine capable of creating a tsunami. Crank your subwoofer, then have a seat on or in-front of it for full effect. Grab free download via The Artist Union for repeated rattling.FOLLOW DIRTYFUN: FACEBOOK SOUNDCLOUD TWITTER

Black Caviar - Keep My High
New York City outfit Black Caviar continue to craft rich house cuts as today they take to Insomniac imprint IN / ROTATION for a new two track EP. While the lead single "Boing" brings an unreal bounce up-and-down power through its blackened bass, I find myself more in touch with b-side "Keep My High." Leaning lighter than its predecessor, it thrives through a pleasant piano backing and slick vocals. Both cuts are a stomping success, but the reaction on the dance-floor is where these two most differ. "Keep My High" will bring people together, sharing in its sublime soundscape, while "Boing" sends the floor into a fit of rage - feet, arms and elbows flying in every direction. All that said, the drop of the b-side is no weakling. Smartly combining all its elements, it serves as an exhale before subtly increasing your heart-rate with Black Caviar's brilliantly crafted percussion. Keep your high below and get it here.
