After scoring one of my favourite tracks of 2019 with "

Theo Kottis has kept up the quality in 2020. He dropped a dreamy EP on Beautiful Strangers in March and Friday he found himself back on the energizing banger bandwagon with sensational slice "
Never." A resplendent, rollicking piano-powered joint, Kottis has once again captured the intoxicating energy that had me replaying "
Turning Around" time and time again. An unabashed, do-whatever-you-want-and-call-it-a-dance affair, "
Never" is wacky, wavy, flailing fun. Of course the piano is the engine of this propulsive production, but the rest of the track cannot be discounted. The drums are dutifully designed, popping off to perfection, while the strings sew the synths, bass and backing atmosphere together perfectly. As slick as it is busy, "
Never" is another reminder to get on the
