You may have noticed that I've been trying to tailor each episode of Bump In The Hump to fit that week's My Mixtape guest. Last week with Reezy, the theme was pretty obvious: house. This week, however, is a different story. In fact, it's very much the crux of my interview with Edmonton's Benoît Guimond, the man behind angel science and many other monikers. Just what is his sound, and how does he define it? Well, we'll hear from the man himself at the end of this episode, but before then, we'll take in audio odyssey divided into three distinct sections. Opening organic before breaking into DnB and closing with captivating breaks and sublime swells, I believe this episode displays much of the same alchemy as angel science.
