Nero x 1788-L - Etude vs Rinzler (Primary Being Rework)

The current explosion of electro-inspired midtempo and dubstep could not have happened without the likes of Nero laying the groundwork years ago, so it only makes sense that the pairing of those legends with the incredibly hot 1788-L would work wonders. Apocalyptic annihilation and dread-inducing destruction rule the roost in Sydney's Primary Being's rework, which combines Nero's "Etude" and 1788-L's take on Daft Punk's "Rinzler." As seems to be the case with so many of the tunes coming out of this sonic sphere, the image of a dystopian future is immediately apparent and that is most definitely the case here. The picture painted is full of fiery action, rife with robotic overlords, and overflowing with acid rain. But enough about the visuals and more about Primary Being's combination of the two killer cuts. Nearly seamlessly spun together, this reconstituted double dose of destruction goes back and forth between the two bangers, as though Nero and 1788-L were firing missiles at each other, leaving nothing but scorched earth in their wake.
