Some pairings make perfect sense, yet further still, some trios top that. Case in point, the most recent release on Erol Alkan's Phantasy Sound imprint. Joshua James' Coarse brings the brilliance in design and delivery that we've come to love from the ambitious alternative electronic output. However that's only two sides of the triangle, as we've yet to add Brooklyn's Justin Cudmore into the equation. Certainly the original is awesome in its own rights, however Cudmore's contributions add an extra allure, stretching the track into an epic acid journey. The movement remains massive, however apart from the physical movement on the dance-floor, the lion's share comes internally, as you navigate the seas of thought in your mind.
