After a limited amount of DnB in the first two episodes of the year, Bump In The Hump embraces the genre whole-heartedly tonight with more than 40 minutes of it in the middle of the episode. Near the end of said section sits this Leo Wood and Reflektor collaboration, "Perfect Imperfection." Not only is it a divine display of DnB's ability to couch captivating vocals atop an equally intoxicating bed, but it is also a deft description of tonight's episode. Outside the continuity of the DnB section, this eclectic episode has some sharp twists and turns as we weave our way through the latest and greatest in Canadian electronic and dance, at times at the cost of smooth transitions. But that's just the nature of the show, it is perfect in its imperfect presentation of the vast Canadian soundscape. Stream "Perfect Imperfection" below, and catch it on tonight's all-new episode of Bump In The Hump, live from 7-9 EST on Radio Humber, or after the fact as cataloged on Mixcloud here.
