Bump In The Hump Sneak Peek: Kazu - Meo (Jacques Greene Remix)

As you may be aware, I suffered a broken thumb in late July and have essentially been on a forced hiatus as a result. That said, the time has come to return both to the airwaves and the daily blog grind. With that in mind, I'll be teasing a track each day as we move towards my one and only August episode of Bump In The Hump, this Wednesday August 28th at 7 PM EDT on Radio Humber.

Jacques Greene already delivered one of the top tracks of 2019 with the sensational "Night Service" alongside Cadence Weapon, and he's once again tapped into sublime, ethereal magic with a remix of "Meo" by Kazu (Makino). Just like Jacques I am a long-time fan of Blonde Redhead, of which Kazu is the lead singer, and boy does the combination of these two artists work perfectly. Jacques described Kazu's vocals as "comforting melancholy" and here I consider Jacques to have delivered the yin to her yang with his incredible hauntingly beautiful production.
